In the midst of summer we are faced with many difficult decisions when it comes to food and what to eat. Thankfully, there are healthy swaps to foods you may have previously chosen. I have included a few recipes to indulge in!

This side dish makes the perfect swap for traditional fried rice or boxed Rice o Roni! It’s Keto, Paleo, and Vegan. Not only will your taste buds thank you, your body will, too since it packs several servings of vegetables!

Everyone loves a good chocolate chip cookie. Growing up, dipping them in milk at Grandma’s house! These are a healthy swap to the original, but you can still hold onto those memories! Try dipping them in coconut milk! They are not only Paleo, but Vegan as well!

This pasta sauce will leave you wanting seconds. With bursting flavors of lemon and garlic, serve it over zoodles and add a salad for a healthy lunch or a light, refreshing dinner.

This dish has it all! Fun flavors, delicious veggies, and palate-pleasing coconut aminos, which will replace sodium-filled soy sauce.  Add shredded chicken or shrimp for a complete meal!
