1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

1 cup broccoli florets

1/4 cup diced carrots

1-2 cups shredded green cabbage

12 oz riced cauliflower

2 1/2 teaspoons green curry paste

21/2-3 tablespoons coconut aminos

2 teaspoons ground ginger

Sprinkle of white and black toasted sesame seeds

Garnish with cilantro and/or chives


In a large skillet, heat sesame oil on medium heat and add broccoli, carrots and cabbage. Cook for 3 minutes while stirring occasionally. Add the cauliflower rice, green curry paste, coconut aminos, and ginger. Mix together until well combined and cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes. Add sesame seeds, garnish and serve.
