~4 cups organic baby spinach, washed

~1/2 avocado, sliced

~2 strips organic bacon (turkey or pork, nitrate/nitrite free), cooked and chopped

~1/4 cup raw or roasted walnuts

~1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

~2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced


Assemble all ingredients together in a large bowl and toss. Serve with cashew ranch or green goddess dressing.
