• 2 ripe avocados, skins and pits removed
  • 3/4 cup packed organic Italian flat leaf parsley
  • 3/4 cup packed organic basil leaves
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Optional: if you like it thinner, add ¼ cup avocado oil


  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
