1/2 cup organic tahini
1 cup water
4 cloves garlic, peeled
Juice of 1 lemon
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Place tahini, garlic, water, and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Season with sea salt and pepper. If you prefer it thinner, add water in small amounts.
