ingredients:

1/2 cup organic tahini

1 cup water

4 cloves garlic, peeled

Juice of 1 lemon

Sea salt to taste

Generous amounts of black pepper

instructions:

Place tahini, garlic, water, and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth.  Season with sea salt and pepper. If you prefer it thinner, add water in small amounts. Place sauce on raw or slightly sauteed zucchini noodles and serve.
