Once a week for 12 weeks, you will meet with me in my Newport Beach office (or by phone consultation) and discuss your progress. Each time we meet, I will reevaluate you using your feedback, your Food Diary, Nutritional Exam, and lab results (if applicable) as my guides. As your body adapts to your new lifestyle — diet, supplements, exercise, etc. — your needs may also change. One of the many benefits to your weekly follow-up visits with me is the accountability factor. Research proves that one of the most significant factors for people trying to break old habits and develop new ones is accountability. Each week we will go over your Food Log, and the two of us will discuss your struggles and celebrate your triumphs!
One week may be just a quick check-in, and another may take you down an entirely new road in your journey to wellness.
Many of my clients experience the joy of unintended weight loss simply by changing the way they view food and their dietary habits. But others have loftier weight loss goals, and I can help with these too!
In addition to reviewing your Food Diary at your weekly follow-up visits, I will evaluate your exercise regimen and provide a weigh-in if you desire.
I offer a nutritional enhancement program for 4 and 8 weeks as well. We cover all the same areas as I do in my 12-week nutritional enhancement program but for a shorter amount of time. These shorter programs are perfect for the person who is seeking guidance and nutritional counseling but not dealing with any major health issues.
