- Place all ingredients in a bag or storage container and let the chicken marinate for 2-24 hours.
- Preheat grill on medium heat and cook chicken until cooked through but still moist (approximately 10 minutes on each side). Use extra marinade on chicken while cooking.
- Garnish with lemon wedges, rosemary sprigs or Italian parsley.

Optional: Can use marinade for vegetables as well.
