2 cups cooked, cut up chicken breast

1/4 cup Primal Kitchen mayo

1/4 cup red onion, diced

2 tablespoons raw slivered almonds

2 medium organic celery stalks finely chopped

1 teaspoon curry powder

1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

Sea salt to taste

Garnish with parsley or cilantro


Mix all ingredients in a bowl until fully combined.  Serve in butter lettuce cups.

Makes 2-4 servings
