ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk, canned full fat
  • 1 scoop RGN Collagen Protein, Vanilla
  • ⅓ banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 heaping teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 heaping teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves  
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla powder
  • ½ cup ice

instructions:

Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze.
