1 pound of string beans, cleaned and trimmed
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1-2 teaspoons chili paste (depending on how spicy you want it)
2 green onions thinly sliced
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds
Optional: 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper if you like it really spicy
in a wok or large skillet, add sesame oil on medium heat. Add green beans and stir fry for 3-5 minutes. Add garlic, green onions, chili paste and stir to combine. Add coconut aminos and crushed red pepper if you want it very spicy. Cook for a minute until all is combined. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
