• 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 8 heaping cups organic and washed spinach
  • 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced vertically
  • sea salt to taste


  • In a large pan, heat up avocado oil on medium heat.  
  • Add garlic sliced and spinach.  
  • Stir until all spinach is wilted.  
  • Add sea salt, stir and remove from heat.  
  • Make sure not to overcook.
