Sautéed Spinach and Garlic

- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 8 heaping cups organic and washed spinach
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced vertically
- sea salt to taste
- In a large pan, heat up avocado oil on medium heat.
- Add garlic sliced and spinach.
- Stir until all spinach is wilted.
- Add sea salt, stir and remove from heat.
- Make sure not to overcook.
