ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin cup olive
  • 1/4 cup champagne vinegar (Apple Cider Vinegar for AIP)
  • 1 medium shallot
  • 1/2-3/4  cup fresh or frozen organic raspberries
  • Celtic sea salt and pepper to taste

instructions:

Place all ingredients in a blender or mini chopper and blend until smooth.
