Pumpkin Cookies

ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups of gluten free oats
  • ½ cup of organic pumpkin puree
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 scoop of RGN Collagen Protein Vanilla

instructions:

  • In a bowel, mash bananas, add pumpkin puree and pumpkin spices
  • Mix in oats and protein powder until dough is formed
  • Place on ungreased cookie sheet
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350°
