Pumpkin Cookies

ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups of gluten free oats
- ½ cup of organic pumpkin puree
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
- 1 scoop of RGN Collagen Protein Vanilla
instructions:
- In a bowel, mash bananas, add pumpkin puree and pumpkin spices
- Mix in oats and protein powder until dough is formed
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350°
