ingredients:

Layer 1:

1 cup coconut milk

1/3 scoop RGN Collagen Protein, Vanilla

1 cup cherries or strawberries for Low FODMAP

1 tablespoon coconut cream

Layer 2:

1 cup coconut milk

1/3 scoop RGN Collagen Protein, Vanilla

1 tablespoon coconut cream

Layer 3:

1 cup coconut milk

1/3 scoop RGN Collagen Protein, Vanilla

1 cup blueberries

1 tablespoon coconut cream

instructions:

In a blender, combine each layer separately one at a time until smooth. Pour into 1/3 of popsicle mold and freeze for 1 hour between each layer. Repeat for every layer.

Optional: Can add 1 tablespoon honey, monk fruit, or stevia for sweetness.

Makes 6-10 popsicles depending on mold size
