• 1-1 1/2 heads of raw organic cauliflower (thick stem removed)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chives minced
  • Sea salt & pepper to taste


  • Steam cauliflower florets until soft (approximately 20 minutes).
  • Strain or blot using a paper towel to remove excess water.
  • Place in food processor with garlic and slowly add the coconut milk.
  • To make it thicker, add less liquid.
  • Once fully blended, stir in chives, salt, and pepper.

*can add ghee, butter, or horseradish
