ingredients:

  • 2 heads organic broccoli
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes (omit if AIP or low lectin)

instructions:

  • Cut broccoli florets and steam until soft (approximately 10 minutes).  
  • Place in food processor with coconut milk, salt and pepper.
