ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3/4 cup cilantro, tightly packed
  • 1/4 cup mint, tightly packed
  • 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley
  • 3 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Celtic sea salt

instructions:

  • Place all ingredients in a small food processor and blend until well combined (approx. 1 minute)
