Green Pina Colada Smoothie

ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup coconut water or 1 can of coconut milk
- 1 scoop RGN Vanilla Collagen Protein
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 handful kale
- 1/2 cup frozen organic mango (use banana for low FODMAP)
- 1/2 cup frozen organic pineapple
instructions:
- Add all ingredients into a blender, mix and enjoy!
