ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup coconut water or 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1 scoop RGN Vanilla Collagen Protein
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic mango (use banana for low FODMAP)
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic pineapple
