Creamy Pina Colada Pops

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 spoonful of coconut oil
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • scoop RGN Vanilla Collagen Protein (optional, not vegan)


  • Fill your blender with the frozen fruit, add almond milk, vanilla extract, and coconut oil.  Blend for about 20-30 seconds until fairly thin.
  • Poor into popsicle molds and freeze for about 5 hours.
