2 (13.5oz) cans full fat coconut cream
4 scoops of RGN Collagen Protein, chocolate
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder (less if you like it not as strong of a chocolate taste)
2 tablespoons almond butter
2 teaspoons monk fruit or allulose
Place all ingredients in an electric mixer or hand-held mixer. Mix for 6-8 minutes until smooth. Wipe sides if needed. Let it sit for a minute or two to get the air bubbles out.
Pour into serving jars and place in the refrigerator for six or more hours. Garnish and serve.
Makes 4-8 depending on the size of your servings.
