• flesh of 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2-6 tablespoons granulated monk fruit
  • Raspberries or unsweetened coconut shreds for garnish


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Use less milk for a thicker mousse and more for a thinner/creamier result.  
  • Place in 4" ramekins and place in refrigerator to harden.  Garnish with raspberry or unsweetened coconut shreds
