- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 large handful organic spinach
- 1 large handful organic kale
- 2 organic celery stalks
- 10-15 raw or roasted (unsalted) macadamia nuts
- 1 scoop of vanilla collagen powder
- Ice cubes
- Blend together until well combined.
- Optional: Can add a half of an avocado to make it creamier.
