• 3/4 cup avocado or olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 bunch flat leaf Italian parsley leaves
  • 1 bunch cilantro leaves
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Celtic sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

*Remove red pepper flakes for AIP or Low Lectin


  • Place all ingredients in a large food processor or powerful blender and pulse until smooth.  
  • Best made in advance and refrigerated.
