Cherry Gummies

3/4 cup 100% organic tart cherry juice

1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice strained

2 tablespoons raw honey

3 tablespoons grass fed gelatin


Place gummy molds on a baking sheet or any flat surface you can refrigerate.

In a saucepan, heat the juices over medium heat until hot but not boiling.  Lower the heat to simmer and whisk in the honey until fully dissolved. Once dissolved, slowly whisk in gelatin, adding a little at a time to ensure that it is always dissolving. Continue to stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved, about 10 mins.  

When it is consistently liquid remove from heat. Use a dropper (or a small spoon)to place the liquid into the gummy molds.  Refrigerate until firm (1-2 hours depending on the size of your gummies) then pop out and enjoy!

Keep refrigerated for longer freshness.
