- Place peeled ripe bananas in freezer for at least 2 hours but best overnight. In a food processor or good blender, blend bananas until smooth and add cashew butter.
- Blend until mixed.
- Pour mixture into mini cupcake liners in a mini cupcake baking pan.
- Place mini chocolate chips on top or melt chocolate chips and make designs on top.
- Freeze for 2 hours or more and serve.
Makes 10-12 bites
