Banana Bites

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cashew butter
  • 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips or melted


  • Place peeled ripe bananas in freezer for at least 2 hours but best overnight. In a food processor or good blender, blend bananas until smooth and add cashew butter.
  • Blend until mixed.
  • Pour mixture into mini cupcake liners in a mini cupcake baking pan.
  • Place mini chocolate chips on top or melt chocolate chips and make designs on top.
  • Freeze for 2 hours or more and serve.

Makes 10-12 bites

Optional: Can use other nut butters
