Almond Coconut Protein Balls

ingredients:
- 10 pitted Medjool dates
- 1 ½ cups raw organic almonds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons (1 scoop) RGN Vanilla Collagen Protein
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes for rolling
instructions:
- Place all ingredients (except for coconut flakes for rolling) into a food processor and blend until well mixed (30-60 seconds).
- With wet hands form mixture into ball shapes. Roll balls into coconut flakes until covered.
- Refrigerate for an hour or more.
Makes about 8 balls
