Almond Coconut Protein Balls

ingredients:

  • 10 pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 ½ cups raw organic almonds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons (1 scoop) RGN Vanilla Collagen Protein
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes for rolling

instructions:

  • Place all ingredients (except for coconut flakes for rolling) into a food processor and blend until well mixed (30-60 seconds).
  • With wet hands form mixture into ball shapes.  Roll balls into coconut flakes until covered.  
  • Refrigerate for an hour or more.

Makes about 8 balls
