Pumpkin Spice Latte

ingredients:

1 cup coconut milk

2 tablespoons maple syrup or monk fruit syrup

1 tablespoon pumpkin puree

1/2 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

2/3 cup organic coffee

Optional: Can add MCT oil or 1 tablespoon ghee

instructions:

Heat coconut milk over medium heat. Gradually add pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup. Once the mixture becomes frothy, pour into cup of coffee to combine.
