Pumpkin Pie Shake

ingredients:

  • 1 scoop RGN Vanilla Collagen Protein
  • 1 cup water or coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 2 handfuls greens (spinach, kale, etc.)
  • 1/2 sweet potato, large, or 1 sweet potato, small, roasted and skin removed
  • 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 handful ice cubes
  • Optional: 2 Tbsp. pumpkin puree, organic

instructions:

Place all ingredients into a blender, mix on smoothie setting or top speed for 30-60 seconds until well combined (depending on your blender, you may need to pulse on a lower speed beforehand), and enjoy!
