Pumpkin Pie Shake

  • 1 scoop RGN Collagen Protein, vanilla
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 2 handfuls greens (spinach, kale, etc.) 2 tablespoons or hemps
  • 1/2 cup of cooked sweet potato, skin removed or 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2-1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1-2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 handful ice cubes


Place all ingredients into a blender, mix on smoothie setting or top speed for 30-60 seconds until well combined (depending on your blender, you may need to pulse on a lower speed beforehand), and enjoy!
