2 handfuls greens (spinach, kale, etc.) 2 tablespoons or hemps
1/2 cup of cooked sweet potato, skin removed or 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2-1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1-2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 handful ice cubes
Place all ingredients into a blender, mix on smoothie setting or top speed for 30-60 seconds until well combined (depending on your blender, you may need to pulse on a lower speed beforehand), and enjoy!
