ingredients:

1 cup coconut milk

1 scoop RGN collagen protein powder, vanilla

1" raw ginger

2 large carrots, peeled, trimmed and cut into pieces

Juice from 1/2 lemon

1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

Dash of black pepper

1/2 organic apple

1 teaspoon chia seeds (omit for AIP and Low Lectin)

Ice, approximately 1 cup

instructions:

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
