• 1/2 pound fresh lobster meat
  • 1 ripe mango, diced into small cubes
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 cup of cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • pinch of Celtic sea salt

Optional: can add 1 ripe avocado, diced into small cubes


  • Cut lobster meat into bite size pieces and place in a bowl along with mango, red onion and cilantro.  
  • Add lime juice, and sea salt.  
  • Mix and refrigerate for a minimum of half hour.

Serves 4.  Can serve alone or on top of greens.
