ingredients:

  • 4 cups steamed or roasted cauliflower florets
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 tsp of tahini
  • 1/3 cup of olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp of ground cumin (Omit for AIP and low lectin)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

instructions:

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and mix until smooth, for about 3 minutes. Place in a serving dish and garnish with cauliflower and a drop of olive oil.
