- 1 cup coconut nut milk
- 15 macadamia nuts (raw or roasted and unsalted)
- 1 scoop RGN Collagen Protein vanilla
- 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Can garnish with unsweetened coconut shreds or shaved macadamia nuts.
